METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FUNCTIONALIZED THERMOPLASTIC POLYMER

Production method of functionalised thermoplastic polymer consists of following stages: a) introducing of polymer and water in amount from 0.001 to 5 % wt., relating to polymer, b) introducing of polymer into the reaction zone, where polymer reacts with function compound, c) introducing of polymer to purifying zone, where the impurities made by reaction in previous stage are removed or neutralised in polymer, d) introducing of polymer from purifying zone to the second reaction zone and repeating stages b) and c) at least once in consecutive zones to obtain required functionalised product and e) leading the polymer through the remaining part of the extruding process.
