PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute easy, safe and stable spray work of a wet castable refractory material without the need for the assembly of a formwork and in a favorable work environment by sending the material from a material preparation base point to a spray work site located at a high place or at a long distance. SOLUTION: A prepared castable refractory material is transferred to a hopper for a squeeze minipump 4 through a first transport tube 3 with the aid of a double piston pump 2 and allowed to temporarily stay therein. The staying castable refractory material is transferred through a second transport tube 5 having a spray nozzle 6 at its top end with the aid of the squeeze minipump 4, and the spray of the castable refractory material, into which a set accelerating agent transferred through a third transport tube 7 is injected to be mixed together, is executed by the spray nozzle 6. By this method, the castable refractory material is transferred in a multistage manner from a castable refractory material transfer base point to a spray execution site located at a high place or at a long distance, and spray work can be executed. |
