<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner wherein a suction grill is lowered and elevated, kept in its horizontal state, and expensive instruments are reduced, and further the cost of the lowering and elevation of the suction grill is reduced. SOLUTION: A suction grill 11 mounted on a ceiling and including a panel facing an indoor side or a filter is elevatable with respect to a unit body through a wire 38. Herein, pulleys 30 to 33 are provided at four corners of the suction grill 11 above the center of gravity of the suction grill 11. Wires 38, 39 are trained around the paired two pulleys for example among these pulleys 30 to 33, and these wires 38, 39 are wound forward and backward with motors 34, 35 through sprols 36, 37 whereby the suction grill is elevated with respect to the unit body, kept in a horizontal state.</p> |
