PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a processed food using soybeans called 'meat of the ground' as a main material that is effective for promotion of the growth of infants, prevention of geriatric diseases and prevention from getting older by processing soybeans to food products like hamburger and croquette. SOLUTION: The objective soybean-processed food is produced by grinding raw or boiled soybeans as a main raw material, admixing, as sub-raw materials, vegetables such as minced onion, carrot, pasty yam, sea weed foods such as Hizikia fusiforme to the ground soybeans and kneading them, further formulating eggs, seasonings, flavors, wheat flour and the like to the kneaded product and adjusting its viscosity to that suitable for baking or frying. |
