The invention deals with a blockage of spring masses, particularly in washing machines and consists of a screw (1) featuring a washer (2) and an elastic sleeve (4). Everything is fitted into a sunken hole (6) on the rear side of the chassis (3) or the support of the blockage, which is attached to the rear wall of the chassis and is screwed into the threaded hole in the rigid part of the spring masses (5). When due to the screwing down moment of the screw (1) the elastic sleeve (4) fits onto the washer (2) and the edge (7) of the threaded hole (9) on the rigid part of the spring masses (5), the form of the elastic sleeve (4) changes so that its diameter gradually increases as long as it doesn't get stuck with its deformed part in the sunken hole (6) on the rear wall of the chassis or the blockage (3) support. Depending of the moment of screwing down this way a relatively rigid and at the same time fairly elastic connection between the spring mass (5) and the chassis (3), particularly of a washing machine is provided. The elastic sleeve (4) at the same time provides the possibility of retaining the distance (8) between the spring masses (5) and the chassis (3). The blockage of the spring masses can be performed by using either two, three or more sets of blocked spring masses, depending on their type and geometry. The dismantling of the blockage of spring masses is performed in such a way that the screw (1) is unscrewed and due to that the deformed part of the elastic sleeve (4) returns into its initial position. This way it is possible to remove the screws (1) with washer (2) and elastic sleeve (4) from the sunken holes (6) on the rear side of the chassis and thus to release the spring masses so that they can freely move on their springs and dampers. The removed parts can be stored and used for future transportation, because the elements of the blockage of spring masses don't get damaged. |
