PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of errors occurred in a transmission line during communication by adopting the scramble circuit of a reset form for resetting a scrambler in a prescribed phase instead of the scrambler of a self- synchronous form. SOLUTION: When a frame detection circuit 21 receives a signal 302, it detects the phase of a frame signal becoming whole operation reference and outputs a prescribed reset signal. Thus, a pseudo random pattern generation circuit 24 is initialized at every input of the signal and repetitively generates and outputs a pseudo random pattern in synchronizing with the phase of the frame signal. The scramble circuit 26 receiving a data signal 203 scrambles the data signal 203 by using the pseudo random pattern 202 whose phase is corrected and outputs a data signal 204. Thus, the operation of the pseudo random pattern generation circuit 24 is uniquely decided for the phase of a reception point by detecting and correcting the fluctuation of the arrival time of the data signal received from a terminal equipment in a phase detection circuit. |
