PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Japanese document preparing device that can reconvert the established character string without requiring reinput of KANA (Japanese syllabary) character string and the like. SOLUTION: This device is a Japanese document preparing device that KANA characters composing KANA character string are inputted and has a Japanese conversion processing part 21 for converting the KANA character string to a coexisting character string where KANA character, KANJI (Chinese character) and English characters coexist. The KANJI character and the English character of the coexisting character string are specified as reconversion characters at a conversion object character identification processing part 20. The KANJI character specified as a reconversion character is converted to the KANA character at a conversion processing part 23 and inputted to a Japanese conversion processing means. Also, the English character specified as a reconversion character is converted to the KANA character at an English character KANA character conversion processing part 22 and inputted to the Japanese conversion processing means. |
