PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure unused continuous frequency width, and to reduce the generation of the same channel interference by operating the assignment of frequency channels in two adjacent radio zones using the same frequency band by channel repetition preferentially from the mutually opposite edges of the available zone. SOLUTION: Frequency channels are assigned and arranged from the left side (low frequency side) of a whole frequency band 3-1 in response to calling from a terminal in a radio zone 3-2, and frequency channels are assigned and arranged from the right side (high frequency side) of the band 3-1 in response to calling from a terminal in a radio zone 3-3. Thus, unused continuous frequency width can be easily ensured at the right side of the band 3-1 in the radio zone 3-2, and at the left side of the band 3-1 in the radio zone 3-3. Moreover, the possibility of the generation of interference between adjacent radio zones using the same assigned band especially when traffic is small can be extremely reduced. |
