PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure resistant composite vessel which is not excessively deformed owing to an increase or decrease in the internal pressure of the vessel and has good sealing characteristics and can be easily used. SOLUTION: A paper vessel 110 in which a bottom board 112 is joined to the lower part of the inside of a body part 111 comprising a laminated material having a paper layer, as a main body layer, and having a thermoplastic resin layer at least on the inner side of the vessel, is mounted at a predetermined location in an injection molding die and molten thermoplastic resin is injected into a cavity to form an open periphery frame 121 on an opening at the top end of a body of the paper vessel. And a column-shaped protection frame 122 is provided on a vertical bonded part of the part 111 on the inner side of the vessel and an annular protection frame 123 is provided on a bonded part of the part 111 and the board 112 to form a vessel body 100. An opening 130 of the body 100 is sealed with a cover material 200 using thermally welded parts 101, 201 and fitting parts 102, 202 to form a composite vessel, and at least one of the parts 102, 202 is located on the side of the center of the vessel with respect to the parts 101, 201 in the axial direction of the vessel body. |
