The invention relates to a piston pump (10) especially for a slip regulating device in a hydraulic automobile brake system. The piston pump (10) consists of a piston (16) which moves within a cylinder sleeve (26), said cylinder sleeve being mounted in the cylinder bore (12) of a pump case (14). The pump case contains a closing device (68) which is sealed by means of a pressure seal. According to the invention, component assembly is simplified by connecting the closing device (68) to the cylinder sleeve (26) by means of a snap or notch connection (72, 80). The handling of the pre-assembled components is thus simplified before their installation into the pump case (14).
