The foundation construction, in the ground with little or no load bearing capacity, has vertical support piles (6). The vertical support piles are disposed in the deep load-bearing ground (2) to transfer the loads (1) bearing down. A loosely hanging and high tensile geo layer (7) is over their heads (8), as a reinforcement, to take the initial load of a layer of soil or gravel (9) to be covered by a reinforcement plate (4) which bends and distributes the weight.
