PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively incorporate customer satisfication(CS) into the specifications of a product. SOLUTION: In a process for determining the specifications of a product to be developed, customers' requests for the product are acquired while directly interacting with the customer through a communication network and the get customer's requests are incorporated into the specifications of the product. When a planning department starts to examine the specifications in a step S7, specifications on the examination step are disclosed to the Internet. In a step S8, customers' opinions or requests for the specifications are discussed on the Internet. Specifications adopting the customer's requests are refined in the steps S7, S8. While taking into account the technical capability of a company itself in the development department, more concrete specifications are presented and disclosed to the Internet. In a step S10, customers discuss the specifications on the Internet and present opinions or requests. In steps S9, S10, the specifications adopting customers' requests or opinions are determined in the steps S9, S10. |
