摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ISP type liquid crystal display device which has high reliability of connection between a liquid crystal display panel and a driving circuit and a small increase in the number of manufacture processes and is adaptive up to a large-size panel. SOLUTION: A source wire 51 and a pixel electrode 61 are formed of a laminate film including a conductive oxide film of ITO, etc., connection terminals 100, 300, and 500 are formed simultaneously with the source wire 51 and pixel electrode 61, and the connection terminal surfaces are formed of conductive oxide films. At this time, metal whose potential in a developer at the time of photoengraving is higher than the potential of the conductive oxide film is used for the laminate film including the conductive oxide film. The conductive oxide film is formed of a laminate of low-resistance metal and then the liquid crystal display device is obtained which has low wiring resistance and is adaptive even to a large-size panel.</p>
