<p>The penetrating oil is used for the unscrewing of rustybolts, nuts, jammed studs, conical connections, etc. It has lowviscosity and low surface tension, being produced more quickly andin an easier manner. The oil has the following composition in %: 5to 15 machine oil with viscosity=8-10 Pa.s/100° and surfacetension=35.7 N/m and from 5 to 15 machine oil with viscosity=12-16Pa.s/100°. Both oils contain, in wt.%: antifriction graft 3,antiseisure graft 1-2, aromatizer 0.1, the remainder to 100% - lowsurface tension solvent = 20-30 N+m with chemical composition of50% paraffin hydrocarbons and with carbon in the chain from C8 toC16, with boiling temperature from 120 to 300°C and low viscosity= 2 mPa at 20°c.(11) 269</p> |
