PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly shrinkable polyester filaments capable of obtaining fabric having drape with an excellent elasticity and proper bulge, and production of the same and conjugated finished yarn. SOLUTION: This highly shrinkable polyester filaments has following properties, 15% or more of boiling water shrinkage, the shrinkage of slow heating rate at 70 deg.C (ΔSs70)(%) and that of at 150 deg.C(ΔSs150)(%) satisfy the formula 1 and formula 2, and has crimps. Formula 1:ΔSs70-ΔSs150>5, formula 2:ΔSs150<25.
