PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harmful work management record preparing device for preparing a management record to be used for quickly measuring the environments of facilities treating harmful matters and easily and accurately grasping the measured place and measured data. SOLUTION: In the case of measuring the radiation of a management section in the facilities of an atomic power plant, radiation is measured and a measuring place executing the measurement of radiation is photographed by a digital camera. The digital camera is carried back to a safe section in the management section and a management record is prepared by a personal computer(PC). In the case of preparing the management record by the PC, image data are entered from the digital camera to the PC and a picture 92 is displayed on a management record of a prescribed format displayed on the screen of the PC. Measuring positions in the picture 92 are expressed by marks 100, 102,... and measured data 104, 106 are displayed on positions corresponding to the marks 100, 102 such as the adjacent positions of the marks 100, 102. The management record prepared by the PC is printed out on printing paper by a printer or the like in an office. |
