PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the roughness of a screen, to save handling time for forming plural stereoscopic pictures, and to easily observe the good stereoscopic picture by attaching a transmissible picture sheet to a housing so that the position of the sheet can be adjusted by an adjusting means. SOLUTION: The transmissible picture sheet 3 has such a transparent sheet 31 as an OHP sheet, and a horizontal stripe synthetic picture (synthetic picture) 32 obtained by repeatedly arraying and synthesizing plural lateral stripe parallax pictures by using transmissible ink, etc., on the surface of the sheet 31 at a specified pitch. The sheet 3 is attachably/detachably attached to an illuminating device 101 which houses a light source 1 and an optical system 2 inside the housing. The housing has a mechanism respectively sliding in a vertical direction and a rotating direction. After the sheet 3 is roughly attached by a frame-like sheet cover, an observer adjusts the positional relation between the optical system and the sheet 3 while viewing the picture 3 so that good stereoscopic viewing condition can be obtained, and the sliding mechanism is locked.
