PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To festrain the deformation of a tube body with welding heat and to stabilize a continuous automatic TIG welding by bringing the end part of a bellows tube into close contact with the inner surface of a flange with a pushing roller and welding while integrally rotating the tube body and the flange. SOLUTION: A welding torch 12 freely shiftable to the front and back part, and the vertical direction (the arrow marks F and L) with the operation of handles 15, 16, is arranged to a head 11 of the welding device 10 and also, the pushing roller 13 freely rotatable and parallel to the axial center 4 of a positioner, is arranged to a supporting body 18 fixed to the tip part of the welding torch. At the time of welding, the tip part of the bellows 13 inserted into the flange 1 fitted to a positioner is brought into closely contact with the hole part of the flange 1 with the pushing roller 13, and the flange 1 and the bellows 13 are welded while integrally rotating in the arrow mark R direction. At this time, the axial center of the flange 1 and the bellows 13, and the axial center 4 of the positioner, are made to the same axial center, and inclined by a prescribed angleαto the horizontal plane to easily execute the welding.
