摘要 <p>A ladder type resistance circuit (10) which is constituted by connecting to each other a plurality of resistance circuits (12, 14, and 16) each having at least first to third resistors (20, 30, and 40) and extended in the longitudinal direction. In each resistance circuit (12, 14, 16), the second and third resistors (30 and 40) are arranged in the longitudinal direction X on both sides of the first resistor (20). Driver circuits (17, 18, and 19) are connected to the third resistor (40) of each resistance circuit (12, 14, and 16) and arranged in a properly arranged state on one end side in the longitudinal direction X. The resistors (20, 30, and 40) are connected to each other through a first wiring layer (60) formed on an insulating layer (50). In addition, the adjacent resistance circuits (12, 14, and 16) are connected to each other through a second wiring layer (70) which is formed of the same layer as that of the first wiring layer (60). The second wiring layer (70) connects one end (61) of the first resistor (20) of the N-th resistance circuit (14) to the other end (62) of the first resistor (20) of the (N+1)-th resistance circuit (16) and is extended over the other resistors (20 and 30) existing between the first resistors (20 and 20). In each resistance circuit (12, 14, and 16), the areas of the first to third resistors (20, 30, and 40) facing the second wiring layer (70) are substantially made equal in any resistors.</p>
