摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a case to be exhausted completely of air, by a method wherein a film guide perforated with an annular gas exhaust vent is made to protuberantly form on the outer periferal end of a coil bobbin, a housing part for an overflown resin is formed between the lower edges of a ferrite core guide part and a lead housing part is formed into a water jacket form. SOLUTION: A bobbin 21 is housed in the interior of a case 40 through the side of the opened bottom of the case 40, high-pressure leads are made to pass through a cylindrical water jacket-shaped lead housing part to connect the high-pressure leads with high-pressure terminals and thereafter, an epoxy resin is thrown into the case 40 through the side of the bottom of the case 40 to mold space parts in the bottom 21, and after that, a ferrite core is inserted to fit into a ferrite core housing space part to make the bent inner surface of the ferrite core engage with the ferrite core housing space part. At this time, as a gas exhaust vent 27 is formed by perforating in a film guide 25 on the outer peripheral end of the bobbin 21, gas and the air in the space part are exhausted to the outside through the hole 27 and the sites of coils are favorably impregnated with the epoxy resin without generating bubbles.</p>
