PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a decorative sheet which can be used as a surface material for a wall panel for bathroom. SOLUTION: A transparent rigid acrylic resin sheet 1 being obtained by forming a resin comprising 60-75 wt.% of a thermoplastic polymer which is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer containing 50-100 wt.% of a methacrylic alkyl ester, and wherein the reduced viscosity of the polymer is 0.11/g or lower, and 25-40 wt.% of a rubber-containing polymer which is obtained by polymerizing 100 pts.wt. of an elastic copolymer comprising 50-99.9 wt.% of an acrylic alkyl ester, 0-49.9 wt.% of other copolymerizing vinyl monomer and 0.1-10 wt.% of a copolymerizing crosslinking monomer, and 10-400 pts.wt. of a monomer containing 50-100 wt.% of a methacrylic ester, and of which the grain size is 0.1-0.4μm, with a thickness of 0.1-0.6 mm, and having a pencil hardness of H or higher, is laminated on the surface of a printed sheet 2.
