The invention concerns a pillow comprising two portions in the shape of two humps separated by a hollow portion (14), wherein the first portion (10) upstream forms a hump designed to serve as support for the user's head and is higher than the second portion (12) in the shape of a hump designed to serve as support for the seventh cervical vertebra. At least the first portion in the shape of a hump is made up of an elastic foam with slow recovery of its shape after compression of at least 5 % longer than 1 second and a resistance to indentation according to the NFT 56-111 standard between 1.5 Kpa and 3.5 Kpa. Furthermore, the hollow portion (14) is provided with a slit extending between the two side edges and designed to prevent the lateral tension on the hump-shaped portions (10, 12) support zones.
