The voltage supply circuit includes a DC voltage source (1) and a parallel connected charge capacitor (2). An auxiliary capacitor (6) is connected in series with the charge capacitor, and a switch (7) is connected in parallel to the charge capacitor, which is controlled in such way, that it is closed at an activated load and open when the load is switched off. A second switch (8) is connected in parallel to the auxiliary capacitor, and is controlled in such way, that it is open when the load is switched on and closed when the load is switched off. A diode (9) is connected in series with the DC voltage source, and arranged between the charge capacitor and the first switch, to enable a current in a direction of a discharge of the DC voltage source.
