PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heat-resistant nitrile-based polymer composition capable of controlling the amount of a polymer precipitated in polymerization. SOLUTION: This method for producing a heat-resistant nitrile-based polymer composition comprises subjecting 100 pts.wt. monomers comprising (A) 50-80 wt.% of an unsaturated nitrile, (B) 5-25 wt.% of a maleimide compound, (C) 5-25 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl and (D) 0-10 wt.% of a monomer copolymerizable with the monomers to graft polymerization in the presence of 1-40 pts.wt. of a diene-based rubber. In this case, firstly 15-35 pts.wt. of monomers containing 90-100 wt.% of the unsaturated nitrile and (D) 0-10 wt.% of the monomer and 0.2-0.8 pt.wt. of an alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate are added to a polymerization initiator, an initiator is added and the polymerization is started. Then 65-85 pts.wt. of the rest of the monomers and 0.8-3.2 pts.wt. of the alkyl diphenyl ether disulfonate are continuously added to the polymerization system. |
