<p>The multiplexer/demultiplexer comprises a dispersive system (1) with a dispersion plane, at least one input fibre (2) with an output face, at least one output fibre (3) with an input face, and optical conjugation means for the output and input faces. The dispersive system and conjugation means form an optical system with multiple transverse foci (6) in the dispersion plane. The system also incorporates a partial mirror in front of a complete mirror, the partial mirror being transparent or partially and uniformly reflective. The two mirrors are spherical and have the same focal length, with the optical axis of one forming a small angle with that of the other.</p> |
