SUBSTANCE: heat-exchange element has finned tube that has drop-like profile and which central axis is inclined at angle of alpha to horizon, square flanges which sides are larger than lateral square fins by value of two thicknesses a of same fin, vertical partition placed perpendicular to square fins on side of narrow part of base of drop-like tube between two extreme fins protruding beneath rib by its thickness a . Additional axis of base of drop-like tube is positioned above horizontal symmetry axis of fin by value of eccentricity e'. Decreased aerodynamic resistance and increased efficiency of heat exchange are achieved thanks to transition to drop-like profile of base of tube of heat-exchange element which prevents formation of condensate in lower part of tube.
