PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the number of connections transferring information between circuits exchanging data through the use of a delta/sigma by comprising a step of mixing the signals of a prescribed frequency, a step of extracting the signals of the prescribed frequency from the mixed signal, a step of decoding corresponding information, etc. SOLUTION: The output of a multiplexer 9 is mixed with a data signal at the first tip of a line 6. Namely, the mixture of the outputs of the multiplexer 9 with digital data is on the first side of a noise forming circuit 3. The number of bits equal to or larger than the number of bits obtained by mixing frequencies f1 and f2 depends on a desired amplitude with respect to these frequencies. At the other tip of the line 6 (the side of a converter 5, the mixed signal is sent to the input of the converter on one side and to the input of a demultiplexer 10 on the other side. Then, the existence of the frequencies f1 and f2 is detected to restore two information signals I'1 and I'2.
