PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the access method to the storage device suitable for large capacity data processing such as image data. SOLUTION: In the case of accessing a storage device 152 whose areas are divided into pluralities of banks such as an SDRAM, each of pluralities of data groups of a large capacity like image data is assigned to a different bank, and the accessing to the data group assigned to a bank is applied continuously to row addresses being access objects of the bank. When revision for the row addresses is requested, bank other than the bank accessed at present is selected, and accessing is made by a similar procedure. In the case of designating different row addresses in the SDRAM, since data in a different bank are accessed at a speed higher than that for accessing the data in a same bank, such a characteristic is utilized, attaining high-speed and high efficiency processing for access processing. |
