PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric resonator with built-in capacitance of which the leading-out structures of lead terminals are simplified and the connection reliability between the connecting electrodes of a capacitor element and the lead terminals is very high. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric resonator with built-in capacitance is constituted in such a way that a laminate 3 of a piezoelectric resonance element 1 and a capacitor element 3 are housed in an enclosure-like case 4 on the bottom face of which lead terminals 5, 6, and 7 respectively, having through-holes 51, 61, and 71 are fixed and the holes 51, 61, and 71 are filled with conductive connecting members 52, 62, and 72 arranged in the holes 51, 61, and 71 so as to electrically connect connecting electrodes 23, 24, and 25 of a capacitor element 2 appearing in the holes 51, 61, and 71 to the lead terminal 5, 6, and 7. In addition, projections having height of >=20μm which come into contact with the lower surface of the element 2 are provided on the inside bottom surface of the case 4.
