PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a linear working in the diagonal direction based on the feeding direction of a sheet material, and a desired curve-form working as working shapes of the sheet material, by a method wherein a working roller and a tool horn are provided in a manner to be reciprocatable in the direction which crosses with the feeding direction of the sheet material, while the sheet material is being fed. SOLUTION: When this ultrasonic welding and fusing device 1 is operated, first, in a controller, the feeding speed of a sheet material 7, the rotating speed and the moving speed of a tool horn 18, and the rotating speed and the moving speed of a working roller 36 are set, based on the working speed by which the working of the sheet material 7 is advanced, and the turning angle of the working roller 36. Then, based on respective set data, a turning motor 41, a roller driving motor 11, a tool horn feeding motor 33, a working roller rotating motor 46, and a working roller feeding motor 52, etc., are driven. By this method, while the sheet material 7 is being fed, the working roller 36 and the tool horn 18 are made to reciprocate in the direction which crosses with the sheet material feeding direction, and a desired curve-form working, etc., are performed. |
