PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply economize a laminating step in the case of manufacturing a non-flat processed product, by electrically heating a metal core to a predetermined processing temperature, and using heat generated in this case for melting adhesive between the core and plastic coating to be connected to the core. SOLUTION: A material 2 to be processed and laminated and having an upper shell 2.1, metal core 2.2 and lower shell 2.3 is inserted into a mold member 1 having an upper mold 1.2 and lower mold 1.3. An inductor is constituted to transmit a necessary compression force 7 of this method by completely incorporating it in the molds 1.2, 1.3. A current circuit 6 is connected via a regulator 6.1 corresponding to predetermined time/temperature curve in the core 2.2. A comparison of a target value to actual value of a control circuit is conducted by a temperature sensor 6.2, and thermal energy of the core 2.2 melts film-like adhesives 2.4 existing between the core 2.2, shell 2.1 and shell 2.3. |
