PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodrizing unit, dispensing with keeping neutral conditions and thereby reducing deodrizing cost by use of an acid-resistant microorganism. SOLUTION: This deodrizing unit 1 is equipped at least with a deodrizing tower 2 packed with a deodrant (a), odorous stream passage 3 whose downstream side is connected to the tower 2 to pass an odorous stream thereinto, suction fan 4 provided in the passage 3 to induce odorous components into the tower 2, and spray generator 5 provided in the passage 3 to humidify the odorous stream flowing into the tower 2.
