PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air permeability or moisture permeability and waterproof by providing plural pressure sensitive adhesive layers on at least one surface of a support having air permeability or moisture permeability and waterproof in such a manner that the sectional area of a space between the adjacent pressure sensitive adhesive layers is a specified cm<2> or less. SOLUTION: Plural sine curve pressure sensitive adhesive layers 2 are provided on one surface of a support having air permeability or moisture permeability and waterproof in such a manner that the sectional area of a space 3 between the pressure sensitive adhesive layers 2,2 is 2×10<-3> cm<2> or less. For example, a releasing paper, one side of which is treated with silicone, is used as a temporary base material sheet, and a sine curve-like pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 is formed by an acrylic adhesive on the silicone treated surface. Subsequently, these are transferred onto a support 1 which is about 250μm thick and made by a porous polyurethane film to form a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 2 which is about 50μm thick, and has a space 3 width of about 1 mm and the sectional area of about 0.5×10<-3> cm<2> . Thus, moisture permeability, steam resistance and waterproofness can be improved.
