METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS INJECTION OF URETHANE OF LINE FOR CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURE OF SANDWICH PANEL, AND EQUIPMENT FOR CONTINUOUS MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable continuous production of a sandwich panel or the like which has been difficult owing to a phenomenon of clogging of a nozzle and others. SOLUTION: Two mixing heads are disposed and made a mixing head couple composed of an injection mixing head 1 and a standby mixing head 1' and one or a plurality of mixing head couples are provided. While the injection mixing head 1 of one couple at least is made to traverse continuously in the direction of the width of a lower-side material 9, a stock solution is injected and sprayed onto the lower-side material 9 and the injection by the mixing heads of the couple is switched over sequentially so that an injection track be formed in the shape of a uniform and continuous pattern on the lower-side material.
