PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition for a double flooring material having excellent noncombustibility. SOLUTION: This hydraulic composition contains water-granulated blast furnace slag, an ultrafine powdery substance, a water-soluble polymer, a cure stimulating agent, aggregate, a synthetic fiber (preferably vinylon fiber and/or polypropylene fiber) and water. The amount of the synthetic fiber is 0.1-3 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the water-granulated blast furnace slag and the ultrafine powdery substance and the ratio of water in the hydraulic composition is 30-40 wt.%. |
