PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the border between different bodies which seem to be the same body since the different body in contact are equal or nearly equal in tissue density. SOLUTION: A moving vector detection part 11 finds moving vectors of plural parts in images obtained at different time, a border block extraction part 12 extracts a border block from the difference between the moving vectors, and a border line estimation part 13 estimates a border line according to the extracted border block. Consequently, a three-dimensional image of an embryo can be drawn without being disturbed by the uterine wall in contact with the embryo.
