摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance adhesion while ensuring the fixing accuracy of a rotary transformer core and enhancing the stripping resistance by making an adhesive coating groove having inclining upper end face in the outer circumferential surface of the rotary transformer core thereby increasing the bonding face. SOLUTION: A V-groove 11 for coating adhesive is made in the outer circumferential surface 3b of a rotary transformer core 3 and after the cylinder abutting face 3a of the core 3 is abutted against the rotary transformer abutting face 2a of a cylinder 2, adhesive 4 is fed into the adhesive coating groove 11 in order to bond the core 3 to the cylinder 2. When the tension resisting direction (b) of the core 3 and the adhesive 4 is decomposed into components (bx), by in X and Y directions, the tension resisting direction (by) matches with the stripping direction of the rotary transformer. Consequently, adhesion to the stripping direction can be enhanced in the tension resisting direction (by) in addition to the force in the tension resisting direction (a) of the cylinder 2 and the adhesive 4. Adhesion is further enhanced by feeding the adhesive 4 to the rear of the upper end face of the inclining groove when the groove 11 is filled with the adhesive 4.</p>
