PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a stroke distance of backward movement of an engine, and reduce a load transmitted to a pedal bracket, etc., in the case where a load is inputted from the front of a car body. SOLUTION: A structure of a brake booster is provided with a first member 2 installed on a dash panel 6 parting an engine room A from a cabin B to have a circumferential edge part as a standing wall 20 standing on the front side of a car body in an installed condition, and a second member 3 formed into a box shape having an opening corresponding to the form of the first member 2 and connected to the standing wall 20 of the first member 2, and a specified member is disposed inside a hollow cell formed by connecting the members 2, 3 to each other. In this case, as a specified load or more is inputted to the second member 3 in the direction from the front of the car body, a circumferential edge part 30 of the second member 3 is fitted into the first member 2, or the standing wall 20 of the first member 2 is fitted into the second member 3, thereby the second member 3 is moved relatively toward the first member 2. |
