PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately display a satellite image picked up at time closest to the present in an area wished by a user by preparing a database containing the satellite image obtained by picking up an image of the ground surface from an artificial satellite. SOLUTION: A control part 3 takes out map data of a prescribed area by getting access to a map server 4 on-line by indication of a keyboard 6 or a mouse 7 of a user, and displays it on an LCD 1. When the user indicates a display of an satellite image of a prescribed area containing its point by indicating an optional point of a displayed map by the mouse, the control part 3 gets access to a satellite image server 5 on-line, and displays it on the LCD 1 after satellite image data at time closest to the present is offered. The user gets access to the satellite image server 5 on-line when wishing a display of a corresponding satellite image by inputting a place name of the point, a facility name and identification data on a facility, and displays it on the LCD 1 after the satellite image at time closest to the present is offered. |
