PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color hybrid disk which can be manufactured by a simple process and is provided with both of a ROM region and a postscript region and to provide a track forming device and an information reproducing device which can surely reproduce information from the ROM region. SOLUTION: A RAM region in a hybrid disk 1 is formed with a groove track 2' constituted with color materials forming a postscript region and color pit P consisting of the same color materials and a land track 3'. In this case, the land track 3' and a land track in a postscript region are placed at the same plane, and depth of color pit P and depth of the land track in the postscript are made same. Also, when a formed ROM region is reproduced, after all color pits P are previously irradiated with a light beam of a recording power and a characteristic of a color film 5 is changed, a light beam for reproducing is irradiated and the ROM region is reproduced.
