PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from remaining in a product, even in a means which cools a blow molded article by introducing a mist with pressure gas. SOLUTION: A parison 2 is held in mold splits 1, 1 and a hollow body is blow-molded by introducing pressure gas into the parison 2. A pressure gas supplying device having a nozzle for introducing the pressure gas into the parison 2 and a mist producing device 5 which introduces a mist produced by the vibration energy of an ultrasonic vibrator and having a particle size of 1-100μm into the nozzle 3 of the pressure gas supplying device are provided. The mist producing device 5 is equipped with a water tank and the ultrasonic vibrator which atomizes water in the water tank and makes it let out.
