<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To damp each force of compression, tension, or bending certainly, by connecting two pipes each other through a bellows pipe, placing a blade inside or outside of the bellows pipe, fixing its both ends to each pipe, and engaging elastic rings with the inner side and outer side of the blade, respectively. SOLUTION: By engaging one end 3a of a bellows pipe 3 with the outer periphery of an end 1a of the pipe 1 such as exhaust pipe structuring exhaust system of an automobile, engaging the other end 3b of the bellows pipe 3 with the outer periphery of an end 2a of the pipe 2, each engaging part is welded and fixed. A blade 4 is placed on the outer whole periphery of the bellows pipe 3, its one end 4a in the axial direction is welded and fixed to the outer periphery of one end 3a, and the other end 4b is welded and fixed to the outer periphery of the other end 3b. An elastic ring 5 is engaged with the inner side of the blade 4, an elastic ring 6 is engaged with the outer side of the blade 4, these elastic rings 5, 6 are arranged alternately, and these circular arc surfaces 5a, 6a are contacted with the blade 4.</p> |
