FIELD: mechanical engineering; presses for production of lime-and-sand, ceramic, refractory and other types of greed brick. SUBSTANCE: mechanical press for semi-dry moulding of green brick has fixed carrying press mould, pressing frame moving in bed frame, slider, table, counter-diverging movement crank-and-lever drive, one elbow of which is coupled with slider and the other, with pressing frame, moulding mixture auger-filler and members regulating filling of mould with mixture. Additional guide frames are made for directing the slider. Levers transmitting force are made stepped from one side ands fork-shaped from other side. Elbow pair coupling members are made in form of smooth hinged axles. EFFECT: enhanced quality of moulded green brick, increased service life of press, reduced press power, provision of two side moulding of brick in two steps by applying efforts from upper and lower parts of mould. 3 cl, 6 dwge
