PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a solid shell model promptly without the need of using thermal energy by being specified in the total elongation, having an elongation and contraction property, and also being cured upon irradiation of UV rays or electromagnetic waves. SOLUTION: The composite sheet 1 is of a two layer construction of a curable layer 2 and releasable layer 3 comprising a shape-memory sheet. The curable layer 2 is made of material being 100% or more of the total elongation, having an elongation and contraction property, and being cured upon irradiation of UV rays or electromagnetic waves. Concretely, it is formed of material in which UV curable resin is impregnated in cloth material consisting of a mushy elastomer material, a rubber film, a silicone rubber, a polyurethane film, or the like having as extension and contraction property or rubber elasticity (tensile strength to deformation) for avoiding looseness or creases. Also, the releasable layer 3 is composed of matter such as an oil, lubricator, silicone rubber and so on, applied or formed on one surface of the curable layer 2 and having release operation. |
