An ultrasonic cosmetologic method and apparatus for activating a layer of the skin by applying mechanical vibration to a diaphragm and supplying a current more effectively to the skin, wherein, a metal diaphragm (11) vibrated by a ultrasonic wave is brought into contact with the skin and, while a pulsating voltage (VF) synchronized with the vibration of the diaphragm (11) is applied between the diaphragm (11) and the skin, the diaphragm (11) is moved along the surface of the skin.
