<p>Genes each encoding a novel transcriptional regulator having a bromo domain have been successfully isolated from a human testis cDNA library by utilizing primers prepared based on an EST sequence found out by using the bromo domain sequence of the transcriptional regulator. It has been further found out that these genes are similar to each other.</p> |
