The method involves a clutch which has a spring-loaded pressure plate (1) which can move axially. The plate is fixed to the clutch housing (3) by fastening elements (4,5,7). The plate is to be worked on the side (1') which acts on the friction linings, by a distance (x) in order to remove tracks which have been caused by wear. Two spacers (6,6a) are placed between the plate and a spring (5), in order to compensate the fastening elements for the thickness of the material which is removed. |
