PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the complex type inverse spread processing unit with a small circuit scale where the circuit layout is facilitated by avoiding provision of a set of adders for inverse spread processing at an output side. SOLUTION: A complex matched filter for inverse spread processing is used for a reception signal where the quadrature phase shift keying(QPSK) system is adopted for the primary modulation and the binary phase shift keying(BPSK) is adopted for the secondary modulation. A set of adders 8, 9 is provided at an input side of an I channel product sum arithmetic section 10 and a Q channel product sum arithmetic section 11. The I channel product sum arithmetic section 10 applies product sum arithmetic operation to a spread code Ci and a sum (Ri +Rq ) between the inphase component and the quadrature component of the received signal at the adder 8, and a Q channel product sum arithmetic section 11 applies product sum arithmetic operation to the spread code Ci and a subtraction (-R1 +Rq ) of the in-phase component from the quadrature component of the received signal at the adder 9. |
