The tool is designed to used for making various measurements. It has a graduated disc (2) fitted with a an indicator arrow (1), and a 2 metre tape (8) and four bubble levels (4). The tool also includes device for measuring the angle of a slope as well as the its verticality. The tool is designed so that mason type aluminium rules can be fitted to the ends (10).
