摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fast perform transformation processing by calculating the relative distance between a coordinate value before transformation of each pixel of an image that is transformed by a designated transformation pattern and a coordinate value after transformation as a pixel relocation map. SOLUTION: An image transforming device consists of an image transformation designating device 16, a pre-transformation coordinate calculating part 3, a coordinate shift amount calculating part 14, a pixel relocation map storing part 4, an input image buffer 1, a partial pixel transforming means 5 and an output image buffer 6. Here, the position and size of a partial transformation area where partial transformation is performed on an image is designated. A transformation pattern is selected among more than one transformation patterns which express partial transformation patterns. A pixel relocation map on which the relative distance between a coordinate value of a pixel before the partial transformation and a coordinate value after the partial transformation is described on each record is created based on the transformation pattern. Also, replacement of pixels in the partial transformation area is performed based on the image relocation map.
